You can return an item as long as it’s unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. To get started, head to our Returns & Exchanges Portal: https://returns.lolablankets.com/#/ and enter your order information.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label. After you’ve dropped off the package and tracking updates to show it’s on the way, we’ll go ahead and process your refund. If you have any questions during the process, we’re always happy to help!
