Inventory & Availability
Due to high demand, inventory can move quickly.

- Submitting a Bulk Order Form does not reserve inventory
- Product availability is not guaranteed until a paid invoice is completed
- We cannot hold inventory without confirmed payment
We encourage submitting your inquiry as early as possible if your order has a specific deadline.
Customization Options
We currently offer limited customization options for qualifying bulk orders:
- Co-branded leatherette patches
- Custom belly band (cigar wrap) packaging
To enable customization, we require a minimum order quantity of 300 units per size and color. Customization lead times are typically 120–150 days from design approval and payment collection, depending on scope and production timing.
If you need a faster turnaround, we recommend selecting from our in-stock assortment without customization.

- Bulk orders are intended for corporate gifting, hospitality, events, and other non-retail purposes
- Products purchased through corporate gifting are not eligible for resale
- Submitting your information does not guarantee approval, but allows us to assess fit and availability
