When will I receive my $50 gift card?Updated a month ago

Gift cards are shipped 3–4 weeks after your initial order and are delivered separately via USPS to the shipping address on your first order during the Christmas in August event.

During the CIA sale, gift card eligibility applies only to your very first order. Any additional orders placed during the sale will still receive the discount and free shipping, but won’t qualify for another gift card.

If you opt into SMS updates, we’ll send your gift card code by text a few days before the physical card arrives.

If your gift card is misplaced, lost, or undelivered, reach out to our team — we’re happy to resend the original code tied to your purchase. (We never issue replacement codes.)
