A $15 processing & returns fee will be deducted from your refund total. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, our risk-free return/exchange policy allows you to return your items unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. For orders purchased during our Early Access Black Friday Sale through December, we are offering an extended 45-day gifting return window. This means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request and ship back your return.

For all other orders, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and ship back your return. If your order is not postmarked within the applicable return window (45 days for holiday orders or 14 days for standard orders), you will not be eligible to receive the full refund amount or an exchange.
