No — we do not currently offer free returns.

A $15 processing/restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund total. Certain orders or return requests may also be subject to additional return shipping or handling fees, which will be communicated during the return process if applicable.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Lola Blanket, our return/exchange policy allows you to return eligible items unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

For orders purchased during our Early Access Black Friday Sale through December, we offer an extended 45-day gifting return window. This means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request and ship back your return.

For all other orders, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and ship back your return. If your order is not postmarked within the applicable return window (45 days for holiday orders or 14 days for standard orders), you may no longer be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
