What is your exchange/return and refund policy?Updated 6 months ago

“If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, our risk-free return/exchange policy allows you to return your items unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. For orders purchased during our Early Access Black Friday Sale through December, we are offering an extended 45-day gifting return window. This means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request and ship back your return.

For all other orders, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request and ship back your return. If your order is not postmarked within the applicable return window (45 days for holiday orders or 14 days for standard orders), you will not be eligible to receive the full refund amount or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note that if there is pet hair on your returned item, it will not be accepted and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.

To protect our small business, we do not refund original or return shipping costs on returned items and please be aware that a shipping/restocking fee of approximately $15 per item will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Once your return is received and reviewed, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. You can always contact us for any return questions at [email protected].

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will pay for shipping costs in these situations.

Replacement policy for emerging quality issues, including but not limited to seams, holes, and other manufacturing defects, is limited to a period of 100 days from the date of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate the return process for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment minus the shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
