Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the United States. We're working on bringing Lola to more countries in the future!

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free economy shipping on orders over $250. Please be advised that free shipping offers only apply to continental US states (i.e., Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are excluded).
What are your shipping fees?
We offer FREE shipping on orders $250+ and Economy (5-8 business days). Standard shipping (2-4 business days) is $21.00. Express (1-2 business days) cost depends on the size of your order.
What shipping method do you use?
We currently ship with Fedex and UPS. Our returns are processed through USPS.
What is the estimated shipping time?
Orders with Standard shipping can take up to 3-5 business days to process. Once shipped, they can take up to 8 business days to deliver, but most orders arrive within 5 business days. Orders with Expedited shipping will be processed within 1-2 busine
