How do I find my order status?

You should receive an email order confirmation once you place your order. From there, you can click on the link for status updates and tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the United States. We're working on bringing Lola to more countries in the future!

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We currently do not offer shipping to PO Boxes due to the larger sizes of our packages.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! During our Christmas in August promotiomal period (Aug 20 - Aug 27th) we are offering free shipping SITEWIDE. Normally, We offer free economy shipping within the continental U.S. on orders of $250 or more (after discounts and before taxes). Ship

What are your shipping fees?

What shipping method do you use?

We currently ship with Fedex and UPS. Our returns are processed through USPS.

What is the estimated shipping time?

Orders with Standard shipping can take up to 4-7 business days to process. Once shipped, they can take up to 8 business days to deliver, but most orders arrive within 5 business days. Orders with Expedited shipping will be processed within 3-5 busine
